as well as my relationship with myself – I want to help you do
the same. I'm all about the personal touch, and hugely believe that you

level or stage of life.
With a Bachelor of Science majoring in human nutrition, as well as 6
years in the industry as a personal trainer and nutritionist –
I have the knowledge and experience to put you on the right path to achieve
your goals.
